Solo Lessons
A solo lesson is a one on one lesson with individual instruction and customized programming to suit your individual needs. 
One Solo Lesson $75

Duet Lessons
A duet lesson is when 2 people share a Pilates lesson.  The lesson is scheduled by the two people together and cancellation policies apply to the two people together.  Programming of the lesson is customized for the 2 people sharing the lesson.  
One Duet Lesson $90.00
Six Duet Lessons $ 510.00
Twelve Duet Lessons $ 960.00
Twenty-Four Duet Lessons $1824.00


Trio Lessons
A trio lesson is when 3 people share a Pilates lesson.  The lesson is scheduled by the three people together and cancellation policies apply to the three people together.  Programming of the lesson is customized for the 3 people sharing the lesson.
One Trio Lesson $105.00
Six Trio Lessons $ 600.00
Twelve Trio Lessons $ 1140.00
Twenty- Four Trio Lessons $2220.00


Groundwork Group Lessons
Group mat lessons are flowing mat workouts that incorporate experiential anatomy.  Group lessons are offered in a six week series.  There are no makeup's or cancellations for missed lessons.  A minimum of four participants are required and a maximum of 8 participants are allowed.
Group Mat Series $108.00

Equipment Work Group Lessons

Group Equipment lessons are flowing workouts that may incorporate the reformer, Cadillac, chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, arc barrel, balance ball, foam roller, weighted ball, rolling ball, magic circle, bosu, and experiential anatomy.  Group lessons are offered in a six week series.  There are no makeup's or cancellations for missed lessons.  A minimum of three participants are required and a maximum of four participants are allowed.  
Group Equipment Series $180.00

Teacher Apprenticeship

Applications are now being accepted for the 2010 Comprehensive Teacher Training.  800 hrs of education. Upside-Down Pilates Teaching Certification, and Preparation for PMA Certification. Tuition: $5000

The Next Teacher Training will begin January 2010.

  • Payment is due at time of booking. When you book your lesson your credit card will be charged.
  • All Lessons are 55 minutes in length.
  • All purchases are subject to a 4.71 % sales tax.
  • To avoid being charged please cancel 48 hours prior to the start time of your Solo, Duet, or Trio lesson. You may then reschedule your lesson, but will not be refunded your purchase. Repeated cancellations will result in being barred from studying with us.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Teachers may be substituted without notice.
  • There are no cancellations or makeup's for group lessons. Group lesson purchases apply only to the series registered for.

All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. A Single and Six Package of Solo, Duet, and Trio lessons expire 6 months from date of purchase. A Twelve and Twenty-Four Packge of Solo, Duet, and Trio Lessons expire 12 months from date of purchase.
